Our feel-good class, a stretch-style Reformer class brings your body into alignment by finding length and releasing tension allowing you to let go.  

Using the reformer and gentle movement we focus on building length, alignment & tone with a specific emphasis on posture, creating space throughout the body.

A class that helps you move your body and feel good for doing something for yourself .
