• Get moving first with a MasterClass!

• Learn the first principles of results-focused Reformer Workouts 


1. How Reformer Workouts are simply Resistance Training (Load: Bodyweight or Spring Tension) 


2. How Spring Tension will determine which muscle group is targeted (and the intensity level)


3. How each client experiences Spring Tension is relative to their Body Mass 


4. Intentional Progression strategies (a system for loading reformer exercises and creating consistency amongst trainers) 


5. How to look after a range of ability levels in group classes by controlling how fast clients fatigue 


6. Progressive overload strategies for ongoing client results 


7. Understanding how stability and complexity are elements in exercise that can be administered intentionally 


8. Selective Cueing strategies 


9. Reformer Class Programming 



Total time required: 3.5 Hours



Outcomes Instructors will learn how to: 

- intentionally administer load (loading strategy)

- intentionally adapt load overtime to guarantee client results       (progressive overload) 

- intentionally adapt stability and complexity in reformer exercises to     serve clients' needs 

- intuitively adapt spring tension to the client's body mass


Instructors will learn how every exercise can be simplified to:

- muscle group 

- load                   

- progression strategy 


This focus empowers instructors to prioritise client results in reformer classes.
