A small group, non-traditional, mixed style format reformer class where you should expect to get your heart rate pumping and a full body workout. This class will focus on cardiovascular fitness, plus muscular strength and endurance. There will be a mixture of challenges including familiar Pilates reformer exercises, along with HIIT and resistance training. Expect to see the box, jump board, light hand weights and resistance bands.
Whilst suitable for most we suggest you have a few reformer classes under your belt before diving in.
Not suitable for pregnancy or clients with injuries.
Socks are compulsory for class. Bring your own, or purchase grip socks at the studio.
