New to pilates, this is a great place to start.  You’ll be guided through foundational movement series that gives you a feel of what Pilates is all about.
This is the perfect class to build your confidence on the reformer, taught at a slower pace focusing of functional movements to strengthen your body, and leave you feeling so good!  


Suitable for all levels, remembering slower doesn't = easy!
Prenatal and postnatal safe options available.
