Reformer Pilates with Props, maybe you jump your way to that cardio fix in a fun,  Jump Board class.  Or you work with the Magic Circle to find new challenges.  Whatever the choosen prop on the day  this class will give you bursts of cardio, mixed with strength, control and range of motion, you can expect to leave this class with a warm glow (and smiling).


Using the reformer, props and your own body weight, this class will leave you feeling happy, energised and ready to jump into the day! 

This class is not suitable if you are 16 weeks pregnant.
