Yin is a very gentle practice that uses

props and longer passive holds to soften the connective tissues and quieten the

mind. The focus is on muscle release, calming the parasympathetic nervous system and

staying present as you find  stillness. 


Suitable for all levels — a nourishing way to reset before the week ahead.


Wear warm comfortable clothing, bring a blanket and any other props you like.
