A Beginners Reformer class, exploring the beginner movements of pilates which are broken down into blocks or clusters of movement. 
Taught at a slower pace, allowing you time to explore the movements,  Classes will be 45 mins giving time for questions and discussion.  
Beginner doesn’t have to mean easy — it means we take time to build confidence, control and understanding
