New around here? Then grab our First-Timer Private Session, A private session is dedicated to you. Allowing you to explore Pilates for the first time in a fun, in a low pressure environment. Whether you’re just getting started, or simply wanting to focus on something specific, this First-Timer private is just for you.

Available as a one-time purchase to everyone.

2-wk expiry.

Please note there is a 24 hour cancellation policy for all private sessions, if you cancel after 24 hours a $50 late fee will be charged and the remaining balance put towards your next booking.
