Focused 30-minute Private Session

A shorter one-on-one session for a specific goal, technique refresh, check-in, or a more affordable way to access private support. Best suited to clients who know what they would like to focus on, or who want a gentle introduction before to a full private session.

Please note there is a 24 hour cancellation policy for all private sessions, if you cancel after 24 hours a $50 late fee will be charged and the remaining balance put towards your next booking.
