A Beginners Reformer Pilates   6-week series, held weekly exploring the fundamental pilates movements which are broken down into blocks or clusters allowing you to explore each movement.  
Taught at a slower pace, allowing you time to explore the movements,  Classes will be 40 mins giving time for questions and discussion.  
Note:  Beginner doesn't mean have to mean easy.
