Restore Your Core (RYC) is a movement-based approach that supports how the core and pelvic floor work together to improve posture, breathing, and confidence in everyday movement.
This thoughtfully guided group class takes a calm, progressive approach, with time and space to explore how your body supports itself during movement. The pace is slower and more intentional than a regular mat class, with clear cueing and options offered throughout. Class numbers are kept small to allow for individual attention.
The pelvic floor is approached as part of the body’s natural support system — relevant to everyone, not just post-natal or older clients — and integrated into whole-body movement rather than isolated or over-focused.

Want to build supportive strength from the inside out
Prefer a more considered, less rushed class style
Are returning to movement or managing ongoing niggles
Would like to complement your regular Pilates practice
Restore Your Core classes can be attended on their own or alongside other Upside Pilates classes.
